Singapore grants 11 scholarships worth $1.24M for Vietnam students
The students, including six from universities in Hanoi and five from universities in Ho Chi Minh City, will leave for Singapore by the end of the month to begin three or four year undergraduate training programmes at NUS, NTU and SMU.
