SMU sets up Ho See Beng Scholarship and Excellence Award
The SMU is setting up the SMU-Ho See Beng Scholarship and Excellence Award, and the National Trades Union Congress, several NTUC Social Enterprises and the Singapore Labour Foundation have contributed towards it.
