SMU student in Mexico decides to stay put

Third-year accountancy undergraduate Joel Tay who is on an exchange programme in Tec de Monterrey, in the state of Nuevo Leon in northern Mexico, has decided to stay in the country in the hope that things will settle and he try to do an internship in either Mexico or Brazil.
