SMU sets up Ho See Beng Scholarship and Excellence Award
To enable students to get to know Singapore's pioneering leaders, SMU has set up the Ho See Beng Scholarship and Excellence Award ahead of Labour Day, to remember the former Member of Parliament and 1st generation leader of Singapore's labour movement.
