Conflict in AWARE will not deter professionals towards volunteer work
Associate Professor Michael Benoliel of Lee Kong Chian School of Business at SMU said that businesses could lay down some basic guidelines to avoid conflict with their employees and also help them in their decisions particularly if they want to become an ex-co member of the social organisation.
