Earth hour = Happy hour
Organisations in Singapore, including SMU, are participating in a world effort to observe Earth Hour. Fortune telling, palm-reading and star gazing will be held at the Singapore Management University's Campus Green for students and the public, on Saturday March 28, between 7.30-9.30pm.
