No suggestion of recklessness in sailor's death: coroner
It would be easy, in hindsight, to say the drowning of Singapore Management University student Levin Angsana could have been prevented had he worn a life jacket, said a coroner yesterday. The coroner ruled this drowning incident, an accident.
