Singaporean lawyer to represent victims of Khmer Rouge atrocities
Mr Mahdev Mohan, a faculty member of the School of Law at SMU, is the first non-Cambodian lawyer in Asia to be appointed legal counsel to represent victims who suffered under the brutal Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia.
