Safety measures at upcoming RSYC Regatta tightened
Sailors at the upcoming Republic of Singapore Yacht Club Regatta will have to wear life jackets at the start of the keel boat races. The organisers have included this safety measure in light of the recent death of a young sailor, Levin Angsana.
