Survey finds most patients satisfied with service at hospitals, polyclinics
Weeks after the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG), conducted by the Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES) was released, another has found that most patients are either ?satisfied or ?very satisfied' with hospital servcies.
