$60m programme to groom SME bosses and promising execs

At the first Spring-SMU SME Leaders Management Development Programme graduation ceremony held at SMU yesterday, Spring Singapore chairman Philip Yeo announced a $60 million programme, the Business Leaders Initiative, to develop small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) leaders.
