
SMU alumna Winnia Leow spent a month exploring South-east Asia after graduation and stayed on in Bali where she began to compete in Muay Thai. Now ranked 16th in the World Boxing Council Muay Thai super flyweight rankings, she will be fighting for the International Sport Kickboxing Association flyweight world title against Australia’s defending champion Kim Townsend on 12 April. Her bout is one of three title fights on the main card of the Honour Premier League event, and she is looking forward to the challenge which is the biggest fight of her career.
