Singapore's national identity is in the skyline

In a joint commentary, Christy Davis, Executive Director of the SMU Lien Centre for Social Innovation, and Singaporean journalist Tan Qiuyi examined Singapore's national identity in the context of migrant workers who had built the national icons of Singapore’s skyline, in conjunction with International Migrants Day. They discussed their findings from a literature review titled Crisis And Connection: Unpacking Singapore's Migrant Worker Issues. The report attempts to breach the information gap between residents and migrants to encourage transformative social change.
