SMU and the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM-L) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to mutually support each other in the pursuit of excellence in global business education. The MoU was signed by SMU Provost and Deputy President (Academic Affairs), Professor Rajendra Srivastava and Director of IIM-L Devi Singh. Mr Singh said that both IIM-L and SMU will closely collaborate in research, executive education programmes and faculty and student exchange programmes. "With globalisation comes in the opportunities that have been created in various domains of learning. Research cannot be confined to geographies. In order to innovate new measures of teaching and learning, we today join hands with one of Asia's leading institutions, SMU, to share our expertise and learn together," he added.
