Teo Ho Pin questioned Aljunied-Hougang Town Council on whether higher maintenance fees charged by managing agent is detrimental to residents

In response to Coordinating Chairman of PAP Town Councils Dr Teo Ho Pin’s query on the awarding of the managing agent contract to FM Solutions and Services Pte Ltd (FMSS) by the Aljunied-Hougang Town Council, SMU Assistant Professor of Law and NMP Eugene Tan pointed out that this was the PAP’s attempt to shift the focus of the debate to the Workers’ Party (WP). He noted that if the WP fails to respond appropriately, they might lose the confidence of non-partisan citizens.
