Follow-up on SMRT strike incident

NMP and SMU Assistant Professor of Law Eugene Tan said that he would be enquiring at Parliament whether the decision to repatriate the 29 SMRT workers involved in the strike was made by the Government or SMRT. He noted that investigations were completed within a week, and that this was unfair to the drivers, as they were being repatriated without the chance to speak for themselves in court.
