Singapore Management University launches 'University Scholars Programme' to groom students for co-terminal degree scholarship

10-year-old SMU has recently launched its ?University Scholars Programme?. Education fees for students on the programme are fully paid for and they can choose to do their Master's degree right after their Bachelor's degree.
