Economist Song Seng Wun: local property market may be near peak

At a panel discussion during the graduation ceremony of the SMU-BCA Advanced Management Programme, Mr Song Seng Wun of CIMB-GK Research said that property prices are unlikely to drop as it is on its way to the peak.
