Malaysian government predicts big by-election win

Malaysia's government predicted it would score a big win in a tense by-election on Sunday during which 10 people were arrested in scuffles between rival groups. Associate Professor Bridget Welsh said Najib needed a majority of 3,000 for a convincing win.
