NUS should review undergraduate system: Dr Tony Tan

National Research Foundation Dr Tony Tan has proposed that NUS should consider an undergraduate liberal arts programme for students with high potential. SMU says its recently launched University Scholars Programme, which introduces liberal arts elements, will take in up to 25 students from the new academic year in August.
