Good service starts with the CEO

Mr Liew Mun Leong, CEO of CapitaLand Group, who delivered the keynote address at the ISES CEO Industry Forum, suggested that CEOs and the senior management team should pay special attention and devote time and effort to police service standards in order to see improvements.
