Khun Parnsiree brings extensive leadership experience from both multinational corporations and prominent Thai enterprises. Formerly the Managing Director of IBM Thailand, she has held senior roles across the technology and business sectors, including serving as General Manager for IBM ASEAN’s Enterprise and Commercial Sales.

Singapore, 18 November 2025 (Tuesday) – The Singapore Management University (SMU) will be developing Singapore’s first open empirical legal database with support from the Ministry of Law (MinLaw).
