Singapore Management University Revises AY2005 Tuition Fees
- Fee increase reflects more commensurate cost of premium education
The Singapore Management University (SMU) is revising its tuition fees for all its undergraduate courses in Academic Year (AY) 2005 from its current S$5,650 to S$6,500. This is the first fee increase that SMU is implementing since the university was incorporated in January 2000.

Mysteries of the Ancient Art of Dunhuang
Professor Fan Jin Si ( ??? ), President of the Dunhuang Institute of Cultural Artifacts Research, will share the mysteries surrounding the ancient art of Dunhuang in the Silk Road and the fascinating history of the Mogao Grottoes as the third guest speaker for the lecture series of the Lien Fung's Colloquium.

Singapore Science Centre Goes into Tertiary Education For the First Time
When the new school term starts this year, Singapore Science Centre will provide a General Science Education module called “Science Exploration and Society” for the Singapore Management University's students. This is the first time that the Science Centre is providing a course for tertiary institution.
