SMU alumna Tahmina Sultanul Ariff was one of the recipients of 2026 Anugerah Cemerlang MENDAKI award. She graduated from SMU with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and a second major in Digital Business, demonstrating dedication to both her studies and co-curricular activities. Tahmina said that she is happy that MENDAKI recognises not only Malay students but also Indian Muslim students, as the Indian Muslim community in Singapore is relatively small. As an Indian Muslim, she is proud to represent her community and hopes that such recognition will motivate students to work even harder.
