SMU President Professor Lily Kong will moderate the second edition of the Karim Family Foundation (KFF) Inspiring Women Leadership Series on 12 October 2026, featuring three-time Winter Olympic gold medallist and freestyle skier Eileen Gu. Jointly organised by KFF and SMU’s Office of Alumni Relations with the support of Musim Mas, the series is a collaboration between SMU and KFF that spotlights leadership and women’s development through candid conversations with accomplished female leaders. The inaugural session in 2025, also moderated by Prof Kong, featured Malaysian activist Marina Mahathir, daughter of former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad.
