Lianhe Zaobao featured SMU alumna Theresa Syn who transformed her “life goal” into objectives in her satirical card game The Singapore Dream, humorously poking fun at Singaporeans’ “standardised ideal life.” Theresa shared that she initially considered journalism while studying media at Ngee Ann Polytechnic but later pursued business, majoring in Marketing at SMU’s Lee Kong Chian School of Business. This background proved valuable in creating the game, which she designed herself, acquiring many new skills along the way.
