SMU recently conducted a third nationwide survey on public toilet cleanliness. Led by SMU Principal Lecturer of Statistics Rosie Ching, this was a follow up to the first such survey conducted in 2016 and a second edition in 2020. This year, Ms Ching won the LOO (Let's Observe Ourselves) Awards by Restroom Association of Singapore. She shared that the survey findings will be shared with organisations, and that collaboration among stakeholders brings about improved standards in public toilet hygiene.
