Speaking at the Online Harms Symposium held at SMU’s Yong Pung How School of Law on 27 September 2023, Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Health and Law Rahayu Mahzam said young people are more at risk of being exposed to online harm because they are mainly digital users and their daily lives are tied to their online existence.
