Commentary: Bosses, focus on building up culture of respect for individuals to tackle workplace discrimination

In a commentary, SMU Professor of Communication Management (Education) Ong Siow Heng discussed how changes in relevant laws can address undesirable workplace circumstances and practices in Singapore. He also noted that legal recourse cannot address every situation in the workplace and called on bosses to focus on building up a culture of respect for individuals to tackle workplace discrimination.
