When SMU alumna Esther Chong was studying at SMU, she formed a consulting team with three classmates to provide free advice to charity organisations in her spare time. Their goal was to provide consulting services to help these organisations better outreach to their beneficiaries, raise funds and manage volunteers in the post-pandemic era. Esther – who had graduated with a GPA of 4.0 and was the salutatorian for her batch – is now pursuing a career, but is still actively helping with the consultancy. She also shared that they have since helped over 30 non-profit organisations, covering areas such as elderly care, youth protection, healthcare, and sports.
