Make cleanliness at hawker centres part of cultural heritage

In a joint commentary, SMU Senior Lecturer of Statistics Rosie Ching, general secretary of the Singapore Kindness Movement William Wan and founder of the World Toilet Organisation Jack Sim took stock of the state of cleanliness in Singapore's hawker centres as Singapore’s hawker culture is included on the Unesco Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, They shared their views on how we can make cleanliness at hawker centres part of cultural heritage.
