Fighting 'missing trader' GST fraud in Singapore
A joint commentary co-written by SMU Lecturer of Law Vincent Ooi explained about the Missing Trader Fraud (MTF) problem and advised taxpayers to take all reasonable steps and scrutinise their transactions, to be sure they aren't party to any tax fraud along their supply chain.
