SMU’s Class of 2020 celebrated its graduation on 24 July with a Virtual Graduation and Career Fair. The event was meant to offer graduates a platform to relive the best moments of their university experience, as well as interact with potential employers. Physical commencement ceremonies will be held at a later date when circumstances allow. The Class of 2020 comprises 1884 Bachelor’s degree graduates, 989 Master’s degree and Juris Doctor degree graduates, and 48 Doctorate degree graduates.  Among the Bachelor’s degree graduates, 56 of them graduated with double degrees. SMU alumna Lim Geok Shan, who graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Information Systems), was one of the graduates to receive her bachelor's degree. She shared how she found success in SMU after taking three gap years.
