Young activist makes a splash in tackling water crisis

Third-year SMU law undergraduate Venezia Wee founded the Global Water-crisis Awareness International Movement at the age of 14. She hopes to spread awareness in Singapore of the limited access to drinking water in some parts of China and Asia. She hopes to work in areas of dispute resolution and cross-border work in the future. She was named one of 10 inspirational women in law by the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association for her contribution outside her law studies.
