In a commentary, SMU Chairman and Chairman for the Singapore Summit Conference Ho Kwon Ping highlighted the key issues discussed by the panel during the recently concluded event, “which encompassed not only geopolitical trends but also sustainability, unequal globalisation – the usual Big Issues”. As the chair of the panel discussions, Mr Ho noted that the era of Western-dominated capitalism is over and that we are in a new era of co-equal civilisations that need to learn to work together better.

The recently concluded Singapore Summit, was co-organised by the Economic Development Board, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, GIC and Temasek Holdings for its international advisers and other important partners.
