SMU will be organising SMU Challenge - its annual community service initiative that brings the SMU community together to give back to its local community. To be held at SMU Campus Green, Sport-A-Cause, is the charity sports event that caps off nine months of outreach to the special needs community, with sports, arts and lifestyle offerings to raise funds for the special needs students from Mountbatten Vocational School (MVS). The funds raised will be be used for the upgrading of facilities and programmes for students at MVS.
