Going digital enhances customer satisfaction

In a full-page feature about the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) released by the Institute of Service Excellence (ISE) at SMU, Mr Laurence Smith, Head of Asia-Pacific at SmartUp.io, a mobile-first micro-earning platform, suggested that going digital in a big and convincing way offers businesses a great opportunity to modernise their operations to increase the level of customer satisfaction with the products and services being made available in the market place. Mr Smith was a keynote speaker at the release of the CSISG 2017 first-quarter results.
