At the Police Workplan Seminar, SMU Behavioural Sciences Institute Director Professor David Chan highlighted the need for the public to be more involved in anti-terror efforts. He explained the importance of figuring out human behaviour to enable people to be more proactive in taking preventive action and helping in ambiguous situations.
