Luxembourg's Prime Minister Xavier Bettel delivered a speech titled "Political Leadership in the Digital Age" on Tuesday (Nov 15), at SMU when he was in Singapore to meet Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. The leaders witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Singapore's National Research Foundation and Luxembourg's National Research Fund to foster science and innovation collaborations through funding for joint projects.
