Abdul Latif Mohamed Sa'at and his sister Siti Mardhiyyah graduated from SMU at the same time on 13 July at SMU’s 13^th Commencement Ceremony. Both of them were in the same undergraduate programme – Bachelor of Business Management, on top of attending similar lecture classes and working on group projects together. Mr Abdul Latif noted that he had no issues attending the same classes with his sister, who graduated with 'cum laude'. Mr Abdul Latif, who is currently waiting for a job offer, was the Vice President of SMU handball team while Ms Mardhiyyah was active in the Malay Language and Cultural Club and the SMU financial literacy programme.
