In an invited commentary, SMU Behavioural Sciences Institute director Professor David Chan reviewed the major happenings in 2015 where people were at the centre of the events. He suggested that policy makers focus on seven "PC priorities" to be truly people-centric, which should in turn motivate people to contribute to the next chapter of Singapore.
