Finding a good fit for varied needs

According to the latest report by the Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES) on the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore, the Public Education sector saw an improvement in customer satisfaction scores by 1.6 per cent from 2014 to 74.1 in 2015. The Private Education sector, made up of Private Education Institutions, recorded a 2.5-per-cent year-on-year decline to 64.1 points. According to ISES, the Private Education sector survey results showed that the top three drivers of students’ perceptions of quality were teaching matters (which relate to factors like the overall quality, dedication and mutual respect shown by teaching staff), student support and course fit.
