Importance of public housing satisfaction
SMU Professor of Economics Phang Sock Yong noted that public housing is “one of the greatest social policy successes” in Singapore’s history, and that this view is supported by the latest Housing Board Sample Household Survey, which sees about eight in 10 Singaporeans living in Housing Development Board flats.
