SMU graduate Kaushal Dugar is the founder and chief executive officer of three-year-old online tea shop Teabox. He set up the company in India after his studies in SMU and his four-year stint as a KPMG analyst in Singapore. Teabox plans to expand into markets such as China, Japan and Korea, while continuing to invest heavily in marketing, back-end processes and infrastructure.
