The Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES) released on April 2 the 2014 full-year results for the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG), with Singapore’s customer satisfaction levels that year hitting a new high for the fourth consecutive year to 71.1 points, a 0.6 per cent increase from 2013. This was backed by strong ratings from the finance and insurance sector.
