Foong Tai Wei has been working at the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) for the past four years and is a WDA Undergraduate Scholarship holder. He graduated from SMU with a Bachelor of Social Science, with a primary major in Political Science and a secondary major in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources. As part of WDA’s talent development programme, Tai Wei was recently awarded the WDA Educational Award to pursue his postgraduate studies. He hopes to study something related to transformational leadership and specialise in industrial engagement.
