The future is not-so-bad

In his weekly commentary, SMU adjunct faculty member Larry Haverkamp shared his thoughts on how low interest rates and low energy costs will make life cheaper and bring on a new era of good times. He also predicted that the US and Singapore shares would end 20 per cent higher by year end, which is double the average gain of 10 per cent per year over the past 50 years.
