Singapore cracks down on social unrest after Little India riot
On the recent Little India riot, SMU Associate Professor of Law Eugene Tan said: "We need to understand the root causes of workers' strong reaction to the [road] accident". He added that the "issue of foreign manpower needs urgent action to prevent erosion of business confidence."
