In a commentary, global consulting firm partner Jeremy Lim noted that SMU and Ngee Ann Polytechnic have close to nine in 10 students venturing overseas, while NTU has declared its intent to have 80 per cent of its students go overseas. However, he advised students not to venture too far, as they would do well to ride on the region's growth.
