Commenting on Saturday's demonstration at Hong Lim Park about the Central Provident Fund, Associate Dean (Specialised Masters Programmes) of the SMU Lee Kong Chian School of Business and Professor of Finance, Benedict Koh said that “The people wanted higher guaranteed returns, and if the market cannot give that kind of guaranteed return, then whoever is investing the money has to take more risk".
